Short Exhortation # 1 — The Father's Wonderful Plan

      The following is the result of the Holy Spirit's work through faith and prayer. A part of the entirety of a message dedicated to one of my closest friends who is currently serving in the Philippine Military. A message the LORD has prepared for every saint and sinner. A message every soul needs to hear.

      Know that every good thing comes from the LORD ( — James 1:17). From the strength we have, the sight given to us, the pleasures of eating, every breath we take, painless activities and generally every good thing — all these are blessings from the LORD. 

    Experiencing rainfall once in a while; a concrete proof that the LORD continues to bless those who are righteous and the unrighteous, the wheats and the tares, the sheep and the goats, the sinners and those He had redeemed. Many strive and work hard for money, fame, wealth, passion, relationships, respect, a successful career and other things that are not worth dying for — all these things are temporal, like chasing the wind.  Thinking that simply being 'good' and outweighing the bad will grant us eternal life — this is what the world has thought us. But the WORD says otherwise. For our 'works' are as filthy as rags; ( — Isaiah 64:6) and the only requirement to have eternal life is living a life without sin. 

    But for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God ( — Romans 3:23) and for the wages of sin is death; ( — Romans 6:23 ).

    But the LORD through His mercy and grace has made a way to those He love and to those who love Him — an escape from the inevitable(eternal separation from Him). 

    The LORD is so merciful He made a way, not just to save us from our wickedness but from His righteous judgement; He sent His son Jesus Christ: a perfect and sinless sacrifice to redeem us from our sins; ( — Ephesians 1:7). The LORD making a way for us to know Him, to serve Him and to love Him (Jeremiah 24:7, Deuteronomy 6:5) for eternity — the greatest gift from the LORD.

    Our good works is a mere result to a bigger picture that we are saved and not to be saved ( — Ephesians 2:7-8). It is a gift from the LORD through the Holy Spirit, we receive its fruits ( — Galatians 5 :22-23). And it is His merit alone that His works are revealed through us. 

     Many people proclaim that they live for Christ by mouth but their hearts are far away from Him( — Matt 15:8). 

   REPENT, and turn away from thy sins, and through the blood of Jesus shall thy sins be washed away. Let us seek Him with all our hearts. ( — 2 Peter 3:9)

It is not a matter of living for Christ while preserving our very own lives for our benefit. 

But the real question is...

Are we willing to die for Him?

 LORD, I thank you for the provision. You never lack.  I am the one who steered away from you and I only went back to you when I needed you the most. I have been complaining for the physical pains I have experienced for the past months foolishly fulfilling my own desires and going through my way. The bigger cancer was ignored, the cancer in my spirit. Thank you for your mercy that I am still here typing this. Help me endure Father God.  Today, I had gone out with my friend in gaming, David P. We went out to UP oblation only to see that it was closed. We sat nearby an available bench, a bit isolated. He was downcast due to his recent breakup. I did not know how to to open up but the LORD knew. The gospel was given to one of the closest person I have been close with ever since we have met (04/07/2025). There were some questions that was answered that I MYSELF cannot even answer unless the power of the LORD intervened. Have mercy on this lost soul Father God.

Living through the life God has given me, I always pondered why I exist. Strolling through the days and pondering about my past, I thought to myself, I am a useless servant living in sin, living by the desires of the world. The perfect candidate who broke the God's  laws resulting in the destruction of my soul when I should be the one who deserves to be laid on the cross of Christ. Worthy to be condemned to eternal death when death itself is looming around the corner. Separated by Christ, I fear the inevitable moment that I have to take into account for what I have done. Mercy is the only action that I plead. To pray for strength and to lead me away from my hypocrisy. Every moment we make, every path we take, the very breath of life the LORD gave us, only for me to waste it for our own selfish desires. Conviction Over Contradiction

Asking the LORD for wisdom and guidance through my journey of uncertainty, seeking direction on my next step, knocking on people's minds, how they know the LORD, I pondered. "Am I a part of His church?" The times when the Holy Spirit clearly tells me what to do. Finding every stepping stone that has been laid for me, yet I chose not to stride forward, a LORD who answers every question I have asked, yet I kept Him shut. Sleeplessness nights knowing I have sinned against Him. A sin worse than a non-believer despite knowing what to say but chose not to due to cowardice and narcissism.
