And the Word was made flesh

Waking up in a hazy afternoon, unexpectedly, the Lord had blessed me filled with the Holy Spirit despite the nature that I have. The Holy Spirit has lead me to share the good news to our local liquor store.

Going to the store, Jesus had lead me to an Arab descent. It was another opportunity to proclaim the gospel telling him that Jesus is the only way the truth and the life. He aggressively responded that he believes in the greater good of humanity. To proceed with the advancement of the modern ages is what he believes, hence rejecting the gospel. Another aggressive response that he gave was when he asked me about someone who has come down from heaven. The bible says that the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Little did he know that he was missing one of the most important verses in the bible; in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. God is so good to pour out his spirit. I left giving him the extra change with a "God Bless". The seed has been planted, knowing that the Word of the Lord was not left in vain. May the Lord have mercy on his soul.

Unsatisfied, I decided to go to the nearest 7/11 where I buy most of my food. I was greeted by someone who is of Indian descent, proclaiming the good news. He gladly accepted the gospel without hesitation. This gives me great joy knowing that someone was given God's word and it was a quick yet effective conversation. He may have different beliefs about which god he honors but I was pleased for him accepting it. May the Lord bless his soul.

Currently jobless, welfare is what I depend on. God truly provides not only for our physical needs but also our spiritual needs. Having the opportunity to share the Word is the only thing that gives me true joy. May the Lord's name be glorified further.

Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you
